Definiti is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Defined Contribution Administration Manager to lead a high-performing remote team. In this role, you’ll oversee retirement plan operations, ensure top-tier client service, and guide process improvement. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Lead a remote team of 8–12 specialists managing retirement plan administration
• Oversee workflows, timelines, and quality deliverables for clients
• Conduct team check-ins, reviews, and training to align on goals
• Resolve escalated client issues with financial advisors, CPAs, and other professionals
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and service
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in retirement plan administration
• Expert-level knowledge of compliance testing, allocations, and TPA functions
• Proficiency in FT Williams (required) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Pension Pro software (preferred)
• ASPPA or NIPA credentials (preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
