🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bilingual – Fluent in Spanish and English
• 1+ year of high-volume call center experience
• Strong phone presence and active listening skills
• Comfortable with both inbound and outbound customer interactions
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and team-minded
• Fast learner with solid typing and multitasking skills
• Experience using dialers, Windows, and Microsoft Office apps
