You’ll be on the front lines helping clients resolve technical issues, optimize their use of our platform, and ultimately achieve their mission. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Serve as the first point of contact for ClearCompany clients via email, chat, and phone
• Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 issues with the platform
• Guide clients through onboarding tools and day-to-day platform usage
• Learn to navigate HTML, CSS, APIs, and internal support tools
• Partner with Tier 2 support and product teams to escalate and resolve deeper issues
• Contribute to help center articles, product release docs, and client education
• Deliver excellent support while modeling our core values: ideas over ego, collaboration, entrepreneurial spirit
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Curiosity, self-discipline, and a hunger to learn new systems
• A service mindset—prior customer support, service industry, or IT experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first team
• Bonus: familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Slack, GSuite, Zoom, or similar
• Interest in tech, SaaS platforms, or HR software—transferable skills welcome
