📋 What You’ll Own
• Prospect and qualify leads through cold outreach, email, and social platforms
• Deliver tailored product demos that address specific client pain points
• Drive the full sales cycle: discovery, pitch, negotiation, close
• Maintain detailed CRM records (Salesforce) and manage a robust sales pipeline
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to optimize sales strategy
• Track market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead
• Report weekly sales forecasts and performance updates to leadership
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years of software sales experience (SMB and mid-market a plus)
• Strong closing skills and experience running full-cycle sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with inventory, order management, or ERP systems is a plus
• Tech-savvy with CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred)
• Driven, curious, and highly adaptable to change
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tech, or related field preferred
