Therapy Flow is hiring a full-time Google Ads Specialist to lead paid media strategy and build high-converting campaigns that deliver results for our mental health practice clients. In this hybrid strategic-execution role, you’ll launch Google Ads, build landing pages in GoHighLevel, and manage conversion tracking—all with the goal of maximizing ROI. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Design and launch Google Ads campaigns aligned with client goals
• Build and optimize landing pages using GoHighLevel
• Set up and manage conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and GoHighLevel
• Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and run A/B tests
• Analyze CTR, CPC, CVR, and ROI to inform adjustments and reporting
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align campaigns with broader goals
• Provide actionable reports and strategic insights to clients and leadership
• Stay current on platform updates and paid search best practices
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years in digital marketing with a Google Ads and lead gen focus
• Experience with Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion event tracking
• Proven track record optimizing ads and landing pages for high ROI
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/landing page tools
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and decision-making skills
