Therapy Flow is hiring a full-time Web (WordPress) & SEO Specialist to lead the performance, visibility, and conversion strategy of our digital presence. In this role, you’ll manage and optimize our WordPress site, develop and execute SEO strategies, and ensure our content drives organic growth and qualified leads. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage and maintain Therapy Flow’s WordPress website for speed, UX, and performance
• Build, update, and optimize landing pages for SEO and conversion
• Ensure timely content updates reflecting new products and services
• Conduct site audits to resolve errors, improve user flow, and drive engagement
• Lead keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices
• Create and optimize content (blogs, landing pages, articles) to close content gaps
• Monitor and improve technical SEO (crawlability, site speed, structured data, indexing)
• Track and report key metrics (traffic, rankings, conversion rates, engagement)
• Implement CRO tactics like A/B testing to improve lead generation
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years of experience in WordPress, SEO, and content strategy
• Proven track record driving organic traffic and qualified leads
• Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
• Skilled in technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content creation
