Therapy Flow is hiring a full-time Media Buyer & Funnel Builder to lead paid media strategy and sales funnel execution across multiple channels. You’ll manage Meta Ads campaigns, build lead-generating funnels in GoHighLevel, and implement automations that maximize conversions and ROI. This is a hybrid strategic and hands-on role—ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives in high-performance, remote environments.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
• Test Google Ads and other paid traffic platforms as needed
• Build high-converting funnels with GoHighLevel (landing pages, opt-ins, sales pages)
• Implement A/B testing across ads, funnels, and copy
• Set up automations, CRM integrations, and nurture sequences
• Track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, etc.)
• Align closely with sales and marketing teams to streamline the funnel
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years in media buying and funnel building (Meta Ads required)
• Proficient with GoHighLevel or similar tools (e.g., ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign)
• Skilled in CRO, A/B testing, and UX optimization
• Experience with tracking tools (Google Analytics, UTMs, Pixels)
• Solid copywriting skills and an eye for ad creative that converts
• Analytical mindset with the ability to act on performance data
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple campaigns
• Comfortable working independently with high standards and ownership
