Therapy Flow is looking for a full-time GoHighLevel Support Specialist to lead CRM integration and provide exceptional technical support to our growing client base. You’ll serve as the go-to expert for all things GoHighLevel—troubleshooting, configuring automations, and improving workflows for mental health practices. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Troubleshoot CRM workflows, automations, and integrations in GoHighLevel
• Configure forms, pipelines, SMS/email automations, calendars, and more
• Resolve client issues via chat, email, and video support
• Assist in onboarding new clients and tailoring CRM setup to their needs
• Create helpful support docs, tutorials, and internal FAQs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure CRM tools align with business goals
• Stay up to date on GoHighLevel features and best practices
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years in technical support, CRM admin, or client implementation
• Deep hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
• Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Webhooks, APIs, and automation logic
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical users
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple support threads
• Strong communicator and team player with a customer-first mindset
