Therapy Flow is hiring a full-time Client Appointment Specialist to help our mental health practice clients convert inbound leads into booked appointments. In this proactive, sales-driven role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective patients—answering calls, following up with leads, and managing appointment pipelines across multiple clients. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Answer inbound calls from prospective patients in real-time
• Conduct outbound calls, texts, and emails to follow up on inquiries
• Qualify leads and match them with the right clinician

• Track lead progress, record activity in CRM, and ensure timely follow-ups

🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years in customer service, sales, or appointment scheduling
