Vetcove is hiring a full-time Vet Clinic Implementation Associate to manage large-scale onboarding and project rollouts for veterinary clinics. This is a client-facing, cross-functional role where you’ll own the full lifecycle of clinic implementations—acting as the key point of contact for both internal teams and external partners. If you have experience in veterinary operations or software rollouts, and you thrive in high-velocity environments, this role is built for impact.

• $60,000–$80,000/year + bonus + equity

📋 What You’ll Own
• Lead clinic onboarding and implementation projects from start to finish
• Build and manage project timelines, milestones, and communication workflows
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership to align goals and expectations
• Facilitate kickoff calls, track deliverables, and provide frequent status updates
• Develop scalable processes to streamline future rollouts
• Assign tasks based on team strengths and project needs
• Travel occasionally for clinic visits and on-site launches
