Vetcove is seeking a full-time remote Account Manager to join our growing Account Management team. You’ll be the go-to liaison for high-value clients, ensuring smooth communication, top-notch service, and strong relationships across the board. If you’re passionate about driving performance, building trust, and working cross-functionally to support a fast-growing SaaS platform in the veterinary space, this is the role for you.


✅ Position Highlights
• $70,000–$110,000/year + bonus + equity
• Full-time
• Fully remote (USA only)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Serve as the primary contact for all day-to-day client communication
• Lead weekly meetings, create agendas, and track key deliverables
• Coordinate across departments to align client needs with product strategy
• Manage catalog updates, marketing campaigns, and data/reporting requests
• Analyze performance and deliver insightful account presentations
• Collect feedback and collaborate with engineering and product teams
• Support onboarding efforts for new clients
• Strengthen relationships to grow client trust and platform engagement


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years of experience in account management or a similar role
• Strong communication and presentation skills, especially with senior stakeholders
• Solid time management and multitasking abilities
• Comfort developing reports with actionable insights
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Confidence working with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel for client events (occasionally)
• Passion for startups and a desire to shape an evolving function
