This role supports new business intake by conducting research, maintaining databases, and managing sensitive information for a global law firm. 🛠️ What You’ll Do
• Maintain an internal database of clients and related entities
• Conduct corporate research via D&B Family Tree, Capital IQ, and web sources
• Perform OFAC checks and respond to insider trading requests
• Manage consent and engagement letters, updating conflicts records
• Handle ad hoc projects and administrative support as assigned


🔍 What You’ll Need
• 1+ year of experience in a large law firm (required)
• Familiarity with database systems; Intapp Open preferred
• Excellent attention to detail, writing, and proofreading skills
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to handle sensitive data
• Effective communicator with a client-service focus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
