🔎 The Role
We’re seeking a Lead Generation Assistant who thrives on research, relationship-building, and helping clients grow their pipeline. You’ll be responsible for identifying qualified leads, making initial contact, and supporting client sales efforts—while maintaining strong communication and strategy alignment.
📌 What You’ll Do
- Research and build targeted lead lists
- Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, email, and direct messages
- Coordinate and schedule sales calls for clients
- Understand each client’s ideal customer profile
- Qualify leads and ensure they align with business goals
- Track and report on lead performance and pipeline metrics
- Draft cold emails and customize outreach templates
- Stay updated on trends and lead gen tools
- Communicate progress, setbacks, and wins to clients regularly
🧠You’re a Fit If You Have…
- 2+ years of lead generation or related sales/marketing experience
- 2+ years of remote work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- A knack for research and adapting outreach strategies
- Experience with CRMs and/or scheduling tools (preferred)
- Familiarity with lead scoring and qualification best practices
