CrewBloom is hiring a Remote Medical Scribe to support healthcare providers with real-time documentation, EHR management, and administrative support. 🩻 What You’ll Be Doing
• Document patient encounters in real time, including histories, exams, procedures, and treatment plans
• Manage and update electronic health records (EHR) with precision and speed
• Support physicians and healthcare staff during consultations with accurate data entry
• Conduct chart reviews for accuracy and compliance
• Communicate with medical teams to ensure thorough, seamless documentation
• Handle sensitive patient information with full HIPAA compliance
• Perform light admin duties as needed (e.g., scheduling appointments, managing messages)
🧠 What You Bring
• Typing speed and transcription accuracy are second nature to you
• Prior experience as a medical scribe or in healthcare is preferred, but not required
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and EHR systems is a plus
• Tech-savvy with excellent attention to detail
• Certified Medical Scribe Specialist (CMSS) and HIPAA certification are nice-to-haves
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
