🚴♀️ About the Role
Bicycle Health is looking for compassionate and tech-savvy communicators to join our team as Enrollment Coordinators. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking treatment for opioid use disorder (OUD), helping them take the first steps toward recovery through our telemedicine platform.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
- Reach out to and engage prospective patients via phone, text, email, and live chat
- Provide clear guidance on our Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) model
- Conduct intake calls, assess eligibility, and verify insurance coverage
- Schedule first appointments and document clinical information in our EHR
- Ensure a smooth handoff to the care team and maintain updates in our CRM
- Offer information and referrals for additional community resources
- Collaborate on ways to improve the patient enrollment process
👀 What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of admin or patient-facing experience in a healthcare setting (clinic, hospital, etc.)
- Prior experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment
- Skilled in insurance verification, EHR/CRM platforms, and digital communication tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort with fast-paced, tech-driven environments (Slack, Google Suite, MacOS)
- Experience working with individuals affected by substance use is a plus
- Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a bonus
- Must reside in the U.S. and have a private, professional home setup with strong internet
