🎯 Your Role
As a Clinical Support Specialist, you’ll be the frontline connection for patients receiving OUD treatment. You’ll assist with everything from appointment scheduling and pharmacy coordination to tech support and administrative follow-ups—delivering empathetic, high-quality service at every step of the patient journey.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a main point of contact for patients via phone, chat, or email
- Resolve issues related to appointments, prescriptions, insurance, and platform access
- Follow structured workflows to ensure consistent and quality support
- Collaborate with clinicians and care teams to improve patient outcomes
- Master internal tech tools: Bicycle Health app, Zoom, Athena, FreshWorks, G-Suite
- Maintain detailed documentation and accurate records
🧾 Qualifications
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (required)
- Medical experience (e.g., Medical Assistant, Pharmacy Tech, etc.) required
- Prior high-volume customer support experience (80+ dials/day preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy and organized, with attention to detail
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, not required
- Comfortable working remotely with private, professional workspace
