📌 About the Role
As a Consumables Specialist, you’ll support Quench’s coffee and Bevi customers, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries, product questions, account activations, and interdepartmental coordination. If you’re organized, customer-obsessed, and tech-savvy with a passion for fast-paced teamwork—this one’s for you.
🧰 Key Responsibilities
• Deliver world-class service via phone, email, and internal systems
• Create and manage work orders and sales orders for consumables
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and escalations with confidence
• Coordinate with Scheduling, Supply Chain, Sales, and Account Management
• Monitor accounts, activate services, and support inbound technician calls
• Analyze customer data to inform appropriate actions
• Support both internal teams and external vendors
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
• 2+ years in Customer Care or Client Services
• Skilled at multitasking across email, phone, and internal systems
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Clear and professional written and verbal communicator
• Resourceful in solving problems quickly and thoroughly
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
