🧾 About the Role
TruBridge is hiring a Medical Biller to support hospitals and clinics using their Accounts Receivable Management Services. In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurately posting payments, resolving denials, balancing receipts, and ensuring claims are properly processed. You’ll work closely with both TruBridge management and hospital clients while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Post insurance and patient payments, zero-payments, and denials
• Review and reconcile daily deposits and remittance advice
• Maintain balance between site payments and deposits
• Correct billing errors and resubmit claims as needed
• Use CAS codes and denial codes for accurate account updates
• Serve as a resource to other receipting specialists
• Assist with backlog cleanup, research credits, and resolve unapplied payments
• Meet productivity and quality standards as defined by management
• Maintain confidentiality and follow site-specific policies
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Experience with payment posting and hospital billing
• Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 coding
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance billing processes
• Ability to file appeals and communicate effectively with payers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Agile in shifting between tasks or projects
