CareCentrix is looking for a Customer Advocacy Specialist to serve as the go-to expert for issue resolution, complaint handling, and process improvement. In this role, you’ll handle escalated calls, coach fellow team members, and support cross-functional improvement efforts. If you’re experienced in healthcare call centers and thrive on solving problems independently, this is your lane.


Position Highlights
• $19.50–$20.00/hour + monthly incentive bonuses
• Full-time
• 100% Remote (U.S. only)
• Work hours: Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST

📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle escalated calls and resolve complaints with independence and professionalism
• Monitor caseloads and support production needs as necessary
• Drive resolution for payers, providers, and patients
• Collaborate with supervisors on quality improvement, root cause analysis, and efficient workflows
• Mentor and support Customer Service Representatives
• Maintain accurate data entry and call documentation
• Participate in reporting, projects, and internal process feedback


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years in a healthcare customer service or contact center role
• Strong experience with complaint resolution and escalation handling
• Skilled in call documentation, data entry, and system navigation
• Proactive communicator and problem solver
• Ability to work cross-functionally and provide leadership within the team
• Familiarity with CareCentrix systems and protocols is a plus
