🧾 About the Role
CareCentrix is hiring multiple Healthcare Customer Service Experts to join their inbound phone intake team. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for patients and providers requesting home healthcare services—processing service requests, answering inquiries, and ensuring each caller receives compassionate, clear support. This is a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment perfect for those who thrive under pressure and enjoy helping others.


Position Highlights
• $17.50/hour + monthly bonus incentives
• Full-time
• 100% Remote (U.S. based)
• Paid training & nesting: M–F, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST (first 5 weeks)
• Post-training shift: M–F, 11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST

📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle 60–65 inbound calls daily from patients and healthcare providers
• Submit and follow up on new service requests (e.g., wound care, diabetic supplies, DME)
• Navigate multiple systems and dual monitors to resolve inquiries
• Explain service status, next steps, and benefits clearly to callers
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate call documentation
• Meet key performance metrics: quality, call time, attendance, and adherence
• Contribute to a supportive and positive remote team culture


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center
• 1+ year of healthcare experience with medical terminology
• Ability to navigate dual monitors and multiple programs simultaneously
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM while actively listening
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Must pass SHL Phone Simulation Assessment to continue interview process
• Strong listening skills, empathy, and resilience in high-volume environments
