As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you’ll help ensure timely and accurate revenue collection by managing client billing, resolving discrepancies, and assisting with financial reporting. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly—and cash flowing.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Review and resolve customer payment discrepancies
• Act as client liaison for aged receivables and collections
• Prepare and send manual invoices weekly/monthly
• Analyze collection trends and assist with forecasting
• Notify clients of delinquent accounts or missed payments
• Support team-based monthly collection targets
• Take on special projects or admin tasks as needed
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required
• 3–5 years in professional accounting, AR, or finance roles
• Strong numerical and spreadsheet proficiency
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or medical peer review is a plus
• Clear communicator with great organizational skills
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Critical thinker with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with remote collaboration and self-management
