As an Outbound Setter, you’ll be the first touchpoint for high-value leads. You’ll qualify incoming prospects, start meaningful conversations, and set the stage for our sales team to close high-ticket packages. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage and nurture leads via phone, email, and chat
• Conduct discovery to assess prospect fit using qualification criteria
• Engage in thoughtful convos to uncover client goals and pain points
• Communicate the value of Decentralized Masters’ high-ticket offerings
• Book qualified calls with senior sales closers
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to tighten funnel conversion
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Experience in outbound setting, lead gen, or high-ticket lead qualification
• Confident, clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Quick learner with the ability to translate complex ideas simply
• Organized, deadline-driven, and target-focused
• CRM and lead management software experience
• Passion for sales, growth, and crypto is a plus
