As a Healthcare Advocate, you’ll work directly with Medicare patients to guide them through complex care decisions, navigate the red tape, and address the real-life barriers to health like transportation, food access, and at-home support. You’ll be their voice, their guide, and their calm in the chaos.

• Remote 1099 Contractor (U.S. Only)
• Full-Time: $6.8K–$7.4K/month
• Part-Time (20+ hrs/week): $3.6K–$4.4K/month

📋 What You’ll Own
• Build trusted relationships with Medicare patients
• Create patient-centered care plans that address medical and social needs
• Guide patients through health system complexity with clarity and compassion

• Offer actionable support—not just listening, but doing
• Identify and address social determinants of health (food insecurity, housing, etc.)
• Provide insight that helps shape better systems for future care

🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years in care management, patient advocacy, or healthcare navigation
• Experience with Medicare patients and underserved populations
• Strong understanding of Social Determinants of Health
• Exceptional empathy and an action-first mindset
• Comfortable balancing multiple cases with detailed documentation
• Strong communicator—organized, clear, and tech-savvy
• Bold enough to offer feedback to improve patient outcomes
