As an Onboarding Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for new customers—guiding them through a seamless, empowering onboarding experience. From launch coordination to light technical support, you’ll ensure creators hit the ground running on our all-in-one video membership platform.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage onboarding for new high-touch Uscreen customers
• Guide setup, platform activation, and app/data migrations
• Deliver product training and light tech support
• Act as project manager, coordinating across launch teams
• Align onboarding process with each customer’s goals and success metrics
• Communicate via email, video, phone, and SMS
• Flag risks or delays proactively and resolve blockers
• Share customer insights with internal teams to improve experience
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years in onboarding, implementation, customer success, or account management (SaaS preferred)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Project management mindset—detail-oriented and deadline-driven
• Comfortable explaining tech in clear, human terms
• Collaborative, adaptable, and self-motivated
• Passion for creator success and helping businesses grow
• Bonus: Familiarity with video hosting, digital communities, or online course platforms
