Reserv is rewriting the playbook on insurance claims. As a Claims Support Associate, you’ll be the operational backbone behind a team of multi-line adjusters. From claim setup to document management, your work will directly impact how quickly and accurately claims get resolved. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Set up and assign claim files with accuracy and speed
• Manage a steady task queue to support adjusters
• Organize and upload documents from various sources (email, fax, mail)
• Draft letters and closing paperwork

• Collaborate on building and improving internal processes
• Share tech and workflow feedback with leadership
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years in insurance claims support, policy admin, or compliance work
• High school diploma or GED
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Effective communicator—both written and verbal
• Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, and digital workflow tools
