📋 What You’ll Own

• Take inbound calls from clients experiencing data loss
• Perform outbound follow-ups on service status and next steps
• Work closely with data recovery engineers to report findings
• Clearly explain data recovery processes and pricing
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and warmth
• Support clients through technical anxiety with empathy


🎯 Must-Have Traits

• 2–4 years of customer care or sales experience
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Calm, patient demeanor under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Independent work ethic with collaborative mindset
• Passion for evolving technology and human connection
