Why Working Solutions
Working Solutions seeks friendly and attentive independent contractors to assist federal employees, retirees, compensationers, and retired military personnel as part of a short-term program. Contractors will assist incoming callers with enrollee changes, such as address, coverage, and billing changes made during an insurance rate adjustment and renewal period. Contractors will use upselling skills to encourage customers to retain coverage in light of premium increases and will work with customers who need to decrease coverage amounts to retain current pricing.
Contractors must live in and work from the Unites States for this program. Working Solutions does not currently contract with individuals residing in CA, NY, PA, or WA.

About our application process
This is one of the many contract opportunities that are currently available at Working Solutions. Once you have joined our network of remote customer care PROs, you will be able to view all open contracts.
When you are ready to apply, click “Apply Now” and complete your profile. You will then be prompted to complete an online assessment which takes about 30 minutes to complete. If you are among the qualified candidates, you will receive an emailed invitation within 24 hours to log in to our online portal, Vyne, to complete a technology scan and view and apply to the contracts that match your interests. Overview
This seasonal program supports an open renewal period lasting from September 12, 2023 to November 13, 2023. Call volume will be high during these dates and will end shortly after November 13th. Contractors successfully working on this program will have the opportunity to work on other Working Solutions programs provided they meet those program requirements.
Schedule
- Flexible schedule opportunities
- Contractors schedule available hours Monday-Friday 7am-5pm Central Time
- Contractors will need to work consistently through the open renewal period and should be able to provide an average of 15+ hours per week on this seasonal program.
Compensation
- Independent Contractors on this program will earn $0.28 per customer interaction minute (talk, wrap, and hold time) and will be provided a provided minimum of 54 minutes per hour.
- Contractors can expect to earn $15.12-$16.80 per hour worked.

Technology & Equipment Requirements
- Personal computer (no tablet)
- Broadband internet connection, at least 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload speeds
- Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
- No VPN; computers may not connect to internet services through a private VPN during Working Solutions working time. Examples: NordVPN, McAfee VPN, etc.
- Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date
- Wired USB headset with microphone
- Please note, Mac support is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple’s Boot Camp utility.
- Contractors must have a smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad and be willing to install an authentication app related to program work.

Crew, you’ll have access to apply to several contracts exclusive to Working Solutions independent contractors. With Working Solutions, you work when it’s convenient for you. Our contract hours range from 15 to 40+ hours per week and you can select the available hours that are convenient for you! Contract pay rates vary depending on the client, but we make sure we offer the best rate possible to our contractors.
