Position Title: Operations Call Center Representative

Position Summary

The Operations Department and its staff play a critical role in assisting Radiologists, physicians, nursing staff, and technologists to achieve excellent patient care. This role provides customer service to both internal and external customers. Properly supporting these activities requires processing a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls in a professional, timely, and effective manner.

Essential Job Functions

Manage inbound and outbound calls
Route calls and inquiries relating to study, image, and report status
Efficiently document results reporting to comply with ACR and JC standards
Accurate documentation of IT tickets
Additional project-based responsibilities
