Bite Ninja is seeking independent contractors to serve as part-time Virtual Customer Service Representatives residing within the United States, to take calls and orders from restaurant customers, answer questions, complete transactions, and address any concerns they may have.
Due to high demand only applicants that complete their Certification Evaluation in a timely manner will be given shift priority. Certification does not guarantee shift approval. Applications here are not processed on merit – it is first come, first served only.

Their job duties include:
Actively listening to many inbound orders from restaurant customers
Accurately inputting food orders, and offering upselling opportunities to customers when appropriate
Actively listening to customers needs or issues
Providing helpful solutions to their problems in an efficient and friendly way
Compensation – starts at $10/hr, is shift-based, and can vary based on clients’ rush hour
