A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this role, you will…
· Perform call center responsibilities, such as making and taking high volume phone calls from customers and appraisers
· Enter and schedule appointments within ServiceLink’s operating system
· Assign orders as needed within ServiceLink’s operating system
· Meet and exceed daily production goals and quality requirements
· Possess bilingual skills in Spanish

Responsibilities
· Enter and assign scheduling requests, as necessary
· Ensure company’s 2-hour-turn-around time commitment to client(s) is met by monitoring and prioritizing work-in-progress reports
· Monitor vendor fees to ensure fee guidelines are being met, obtain management approval for any fees exceeding company guidelines
· Monitor vendor notes for performance/reject issues to ensure quality vendors are being utilized, as necessary
· Confirm signing appointment completion via phone, fax, and/or email with appraisers and customers
· Troubleshoot through complex engagements and provide feedback to appropriate parties
· Communicate process expectations via phone with consumers and vendors
· Adhere to all company policies and procedures
· Meet minimum production goals and quality requirements as set by management
· Proficient in ServiceLink operating systems and internal search engines
· Perform all other duties as assigned
· Ability to speak Spanish
Qualifications
· High School diploma or equivalent preferred
· Detail oriented, efficient and organized
· Exceptional customer service skills
· Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, to include overtime, evenings, and/or weekends as needed
· Bilingual skills (Spanish)
