Job Description:
We are looking for an individual with excellent attention to detail, highly organized, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. This role will have heavy focus on data entry within the team’s order management system, with additional duties assisting the sales and ad operations in inventory tracking, reporting, and asset maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Validate and input accurate order information into Boostr Order Management System
Analyze OMS data to ensure data hygiene and work with sales team to correct issues
Update and maintain internal and client facing sales assets in Excel, Airtable, Google Sheets and Powerpoint
Compile delivery reports and work with sales and finance teams to resolve discrepancies
Fulfill OMS report requests
Route incoming leads
Provide general assistance to sales, sales support, and ad operations as needed
Skills/Experience Required:
Intermediate skills with Excel/spread sheets (google sheets)
Accuracy and attention to detail
Working with data entry
Consist Communication skills
Skills/Experience Preferred:
Sales experience
Order management systems (such as sales force)
Power point experience
The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $22.20 – $25.83 an hour an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
