Contract Duration: Full Time
Schedule: 40 hours a week
Shifts ranging from 9 am to 10 pm EST Monday – Friday l Weekends off OR 10 am to 7 pm EST Tuesday – Saturday l Sunday and Monday off
Compensation: Wage + Bonus
Work type and Location: Remote in the US

Are you passionate about Sales? We’re currently looking for a motivated Patient Enrollment Specialist with a passion for talking to people, developing strong relationships, and the ability to provide personalized support through enrollment and program implementation.

You’ll Be…
- Serving as the first point of contact that will introduce patients to the program and help them enroll via a phone app
- Conducting outbound calls (to program-eligible patients) and successfully converting those calls into enrollments
- Creating exceptional patient enrollment experiences and sharing insights with your peers
- Evangelizing program benefits and the impact it will have on member health
- Delivering value to our partners and strengthening relationships through feedback, communication, and collaboration
- Gathering patient insights on enrollment experience in order to outline areas of growth and opportunity
- Maximizing team growth by delivering observations and identifying trends to help the team as it grows
What You Bring To The Table
- Highly preferred experience with supporting customers, conducting outbound calls, and/or converting sales leads
- You are a strong communicator who can easily build relationships, problem-solve, and navigate around push-back
- A solid understanding of what factors impact your ability to convert a prospective customer into a member
- You love being on the phone and chatting with folks and want to flex your extroverted personality
- Have a clear and professional speaking voice/telephone manner with the ability to be friendly, courteous, and helpful
- Ability to interact and complete tasks using multiple computer-based technologies
- You can utilize your emotional intelligence to drive your conversations and allow you to meet patient needs
- You love providing assistance and showing people the benefit of a product or service
- Ascertain the prospect’s concerns and challenges and shape your content to meet their needs and level of understanding while being sensitive
