EverHealth, a division of EverCommerce [Nasdaq: EVCM], is seeking a Billing Consultant I to help healthcare clients master our Practice Management SaaS solutions. You’ll serve as the client’s trusted billing liaison during onboarding and consulting engagements—providing guidance, webinar-based training, and real-time problem-solving to ensure long-term success.

• Full-Time, Remote (W2)
• Salary: $45,000–$55,000/year
• Flexible remote work (U.S.-based only)
• May require periodic travel to HQ in Denver or other office locations

📋 What You’ll Own
• Conduct engaging webinar trainings for new and existing clients
• Act as the main point of contact for billing support during implementation
• Offer consulting on best practices for healthcare billing using EverHealth software
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Escalate priority issues as needed
• Provide dynamic solutions to meet unique client needs
• Support customers with patience and clarity, especially first-time users
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree preferred)
• 2+ years in a healthcare billing role (e.g., charge entry, AR follow-up, coding, collections)
• Strong time management and self-organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Patient, solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable navigating first-time experiences with clients
• Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetups or client sessions
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
